EAST MEADOW 1 RENTS FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY DURING JULY AND AUGUST. PLEASE CALL FOR OFF SEASON FLEX RATES. This two-story, cabin-style home is located on a 1.5 acre lot on Big Meadow with lots of privacy. This home sleeps 8 and is close to the East Gate entry and General Store. The paved driveway has a basketball hoop at the end. There is a nice large deck across the back of the house. It has a covered porch swing and offer views of woods, Black Butte and sunsets. The ground floor features a spacious fully-equipped kitchen including 4 counter bar seats and a dining room which seats 6-8. A fireplace and entertainment center in the living room include TV, VCR, DVD, stereo with cassette and 5-CD changer and a home theatre system. There is also wireless internet in the home. The master suite on the ground floor includes a queen bed, private sitting area with a fireplace, and access to the deck. A private bath with a stall shower is off the bedroom. Also on the ground floor is a queen bedroom and a 4-bunk bedroom with a full bathroom in the hallway. Upstairs in the loft there is a full futon as well as a TV and a VCR. If you plan on using the futon, please bring your sleeping bag or bedding. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
