GOLF HOME 104 RENTS FROM FRIDAY TO FRIDAY DURING JULY AND AUGUST. This spacious home sleeps 10, is on the edge of ranch property bordering Forest Service land and is great for families. It has two parts: the main house and an attached annex providing lots of room to spread out. There is a paved driveway and no garage or carport. In the main part of the house the living room has a stone fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD and a stereo. Sliding glass doors access a long, sunny deck. A fully equipped kitchen features a counter bar seating 2, and leads to the dining area which seats 6 and adjoins the living room. A door off the kitchen opens onto the breezeway between the two parts of the house and offers a cool place to sit in summer. Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a Queen and one with a King. A bath with stall shower is in the hall. Upstairs the Master Bedroom has a King bed, sliding glass doors to the upper deck and a private full bath. The other bedroom has a double bed. Across the breezeway the annex offers another living area with a ping pong table, a small table with 4 chairs, comfortable seating, TV, DVD, VCR, and a bath with stall shower. A loft above has two twin beds. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
