RANCH HOUSE 1 RENTS FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY DURING JULY AND AUGUST. PLEASE CALL FOR OFF SEASON FLEX RATES. This cabin-style home sleeps 8 and is located close to Glaze Meadow Pool and Tennis. It has a short paved driveway with additional parking across the street. In front of the house is a large private courtyard / deck. The main living area is broken up into two spaces: one has a new flat screen HD TV, VCR, and sofa and the other has sofa and chairs and is in front of the large native stone fireplace. There is a stereo with CD and cassette. The adjoining dining room will seat 6-8. A folding table and four chairs in the hall closet provide extra seating. There are lots of windows in the living and dining areas and a sliding glass door opens onto a small back deck with wooded views and easy access to the bike paths. There is a fully equipped galley-style kitchen off the dining room. Downstairs there is one bedroom with a King bed and TV and a full bath in the hall. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; one with a Queen, one with a set of bunks and two twins. There is another full bath in the hall. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
