RANCH HOUSE 2 RENTS FROM FRIDAY TO FRIDAY DURING JULY AND AUGUST. PLEASE CALL FOR OFF SEASON FLEX RATES. This three-level home sleeps 10 and is conveniently located near Glaze Meadow pool and tennis courts. It has a short paved driveway and a double garage. Extra parking is available across the street. On the ground floor is the living area which features a central block-style fireplace, a wide selection of books, TV with cable, VCR, DVD, a stereo with CD and cassette and a docking station for playing iPOD and iPHONE. There is also wireless internet throughout the house. The dining area seats 6-8 (2 table leaves are in the hall closet). A sliding glass door opens onto a partially shielded deck. The kitchen is fully equipped w/all new stainless steel appliances , and there is a folding table and chairs if additional seating is required. The bedroom downstairs has a King bed and TV with built-in video player (this TV does not have cable) and a sliding glass door which accesses the back deck and hot tub. A full bathroom is in the hall. On the second floor are two bedrooms; one with a Queen and one with two twins. A full bath and laundry area are in the hall. On the third level is the loft which has two sets of bunks and a small play area. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
