ROCK RIDGE 18 RENTS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY DURING JULY AND AUGUST. PLEASE CALL FOR OFF SEASON FLEX RATES. This large family-friendly home sleeps 11 and is located close to the South Meadow pool. The gravel driveway provides adequate parking and leads to a 2 car paved carport. The living area is spacious and has lots of windows, a massive stone fireplace, a wet bar with 2 stools, and a stereo with CD and dual cassette player. The dining area will seat 8 and has a sliding glass door which opens onto an extra-large deck. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area and had seating at the counter bar. Downstairs are two bedrooms, each with Queen beds and private full baths. One of the baths has a second door that opens onto the hallway. Upstairs is a loft area with TV, VCR, DVD and seating. There are two more bedrooms; one has 1 twin and a double bed and the other has two sets of bunks. Both bedrooms have full baths. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
