SPRING HOME 33 RENTS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY DURING JULY AND AUGUST. PLEASE CALL FOR OFF SEASON FLEX RATES. The three-story house sleeps 10 and is located on the edge of Big Meadow. Here you will find a spectacular view of both the meadow and Black Butte. Decks on all three levels and most of the windows face this view. Paulina pool and tennis is but a short walk away. It has a curved, down-sloping driveway which runs under an upper walkway, therefore extra long or high-profile vehicles may have difficulty with parking. There is a single car garage with a manual door. The main living area is on the second level with many large windows facing the Meadow. A massive rock fireplace enclosure runs through the center of the house and the living room has a TV, VCR, DVD and stereo with CD player. The living area has been newly refurnished. A spacious fully equipped kitchen with double ovens adjoins the dining area which seats 8. A sliding glass door opens onto a long narrow deck offering beautiful meadow views. On the 1st or ground floor is a large room with two twin beds, two more twin beds that can go together and make a King, a large table seating 6, TV, VCR, DVD and two sliding glass doors to the lower decks. Off of this room are the laundry area with a spare refrigerator and a small bath with a stall shower. The master King bedroom on the 2nd floor includes a solarium sitting area, access to the deck and a full bath with a Jacuzzi. Upstairs on the 3rd floor, a walkway open to the living room below leads to a Queen bedroom with private deck and bathroom with a stall shower. Further on is a bedroom with a Queen bed, private deck and another bath with shower. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
