GLAZE MEADOW 98 RENTS FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY DURING JULY AND AUGUST. Reservations taken on a "per request" basis for the months of May, September and October. Our largest property, this truly amazing three-story home sleeps up to 14 people. With spectacular views of the golf course and lakes and a short distance to the Glaze Meadow pool it is ideal for two families or a group vacation. Located off the main road, it has a paved driveway and an enormous triple garage. The ground floor is largely a tiled Great Room area with a three-story wall of windows across the back. At one end is a cozy seating area with a wood stove, TV and VCR. Next to this is a small, more private room with another TV and seating. In the middle of the Great Room is a pool table and at the other end is a dining table that seats 10. A door accesses the back deck. Off the dining area is a gourmet kitchen with commercial style stove, double ovens, and two dishwashers, a table with seating for 6, and assorted other amenities. A bath with a shower and the laundry room adjoin the kitchen area. To reach the second floor you can go up the grand staircase in the Great Room or a smaller stairwell off the end of the dining room. At the top of the main staircase are two mirrored master suites with King beds, large baths with Jacuzzi tubs and stall showers. A balcony runs between the bedrooms and is open to look over the Great Room or out the windows. There is comfortable sofa and chair seating along the balcony. From this level a metal spiral staircase goes up to a third-story loft. (Presently empty). Off the dining area is a door leading to stairs up to the other second floor bedrooms. One small room at the top of the stairs has two twin beds. The other four bedrooms each have Queen beds and all have their own bathrooms: three with showers and one with a tub/shower. Sunday to Sunday reservations. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
