This cozy two-story cabin style home sleeps 6 and is located on a corner lot across from the second fairway of Big Meadow Golf Course. It is convenient to the Clubhouse and Lodge amenities. It has a gravel driveway and a paved double garage with an automatic door. A nice deck wraps around two sides of the house offfering golf views. The main living area is light and bright with lots of windows and skylights. The living room has a TV and DVD and a wood stove. The dining area will seat 6. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped and has a slab granite counter bar that seats 4. The floors have been newly installed with wood finish pergo for ease in clean-up. Two doors open off the dining and living rooms onto the deck. Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a king and one with two twins. A full bath is in the hall. Upstairs is the master with a king and its own full bath. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
