Centrally located and across the street from the Glaze Meadow pool and tennis courts, Glaze Meadow 42 is a contemporary style 2-story home that sleeps 12. A gravel drive leads to a double garage with manual doors. A second refrigerator in the garage helps with cold storage. The living room has many windows and a sliding glass door accesses the large back deck. There is a fireplace, gaming table that seats 4, TV, VCR, DVD and stereo with 5 CD player. There is also a Sega Dreamcast video game system. The spacious fully equipped kitchen has a large island that seats 4 and opens onto the dining room which seats 6. There is another glass sliding door to the back deck. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed. The Queen bedroom has a private half bath and there is a full bath in the main hall. Upstairs the Master King bedroom has a TV, VCR, and a full bath with stall shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom upstairs has a set of bunks and a Queen bed. There is a bathroom with a stall shower in the adjacent laundry area. Lastly, the loft features a day bed (twin with trundle), a sliding glass door to the upper deck, wet bar and refrigerator, and a TV. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
