GOLF HOME 151 RENTS FROM FRIDAY TO FRIDAY DURING JULY AND AUGUST. PLEASE CALL FOR OFF SEASON FLEX RATES. This home was extensively remodeled in 2003. It sleeps 10, is located on the edge of Ranch property and borders Forest Service land. A short paved drive leads to a 1 car garage. The living room has a high ceiling with a wall of windows, a stone fireplace, a stereo with CD and cassette player, TV, VCR, and DVD. Off of the living area is a mud room which leads to the large back deck and hot tub. There is a bathroom and stall shower in the mudroom. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a dining area that seats 6-8. (There is a second refrigerator in the garage.) Downstairs is a Queen bedroom. A bathroom with stall shower is across the hall off the laundry room. Upstairs and to the right there are two King bedrooms with a full bath in the hallway and a loft with a game table and additional seating. Upstairs to the left is a bunkroom with two sets of bunk beds, a half bath, and a futon. Additionally there are a TV, VCR, DVD, stereo with CD and cassette, and a Super Nintendo video game system. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
