This cozy two-story home sleeps 10, is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and is convenient to Paulina Pool and Tennis. Its location on the 14th fairway of Big Meadow Golf Course offers wonderful views and a large shaded back deck provides plenty of room to relax. It has a combination paved / gravel drive and a single car garage with a manual door. In the main living area you find a spacious kitchen with tile countertops, modern appliances and a bar that seats 4 comfortably. Just off the kitchen is a small dining area that seats 6. From here you step down into the living room which features a large fireplace, cozy seating, and a stereo with 3 disc CD and dual cassette. A sliding door opens onto the back deck and lots of windows offer golf views. Off the kitchen is a hallway with a sliding glass door opening onto the back deck. There is a King bedroom with a TV / VCR and a full bath in the hall. Upstairs is a large loft with seating, TV, VCR, and lots of videos. There is also a stereo with an 8-track tape player and a good selection of tapes. At one end of the loft is the Master bedroom which has a King bed, TV/VCR, and a private bath with a large stall shower. Windows across one wall offer golf views. At the other end of the hall are two bedrooms each with a twin and a set of bunks.One bunk bed has a bottom bed that is a queen size. A full bath is between the bedrooms. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
