SOUTH MEADOW 104 RENTS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY DURING JULY AND AUGUST. PLEASE CALL FOR OFF SEASON FLEX RATES. This 3 story cabin-style home sleeps 12 and is located near the Glaze Meadow Recreation Complex. The wood interior is well lit by the many windows throughout. The living rooms opens out to a deck in the back. There is a wood stove for those cold nights. The dining area seats 8 and there is also a small table in the kitchen with 4 stools. The kitchen is large and fully equipped and is light and bright. On the ground floor is a bunkroom with 2 sets of bunks and there is a bath with a stall shower in the hall. Wireless internet throughout the house. On the second level is a loft with TV, VCR and DVD, a game table and two twin sized futons/daybeds. If you plan to use the futon/daybeds please bring your own sleeping bags or bedding. There are two bedrooms in addition on this floor, each with a queen. One room has a door leading out onto a small private balcony. A large bathroom with stall shower and claw-foot tub and laundry area accomodate this floor. A third level has a queen bed and a nice view out the large picture window. All Ponderosa Properties homes include cable, laundry with washer, dryer, detergent, iron and board; decks with seating and propane grill. All paper goods, soaps, linens and towels (please bring your own pool towels). Each home is privately owned and personally furnished by the owners. Please do not take dishes, bedding or other items to any other house. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
