Located on the 15th fairway of the Big Meadow Golf Course, this home sleeps 12 and is great for two families to share. It is convenient to the Big Meadow Golf clubhouse and the North entry gate. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac it has a long gravel driveway and a single carport. The Great Room has many windows overlooking the large deck and golf course, a stone fireplace, flat screen HDTV, DVD/VCR and stereo with CD player. A game table near the stairs seats 4. The dining area is between the living room and kitchen and the table will seat 8. A door off the great room opens onto the deck which runs the length of the house providing lots of lounging space and a spectacular golf view. There is a large, fully equipped, newly remodeled kitchen adjoining the dining area. Downstairs are two bedrooms each with King beds and a full bath in between. Upstairs are two bedrooms one with two sets of bunks and one with one bunk and a queen and a bath with stall shower in between. One of the bunkrooms has a foosball table. The house was re-carpeted in 2007 and re-tiled and has several TVs. New heat pump and air conditioning. A portion of the house is not available for tenant's use. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
