SOUTH MEADOW 118 RENTS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY DURING JULY AND AUGUST. PLEASE CALL FOR OFF SEASON FLEX RATES. This contemporary home sleeps 7-9 and is within easy walking distance to the Glaze Meadow pool and tennis facilities. It has a long paved driveway with ample parking and a double garage with automatic doors. Situated on a double-sized lot near the common area it is a nice setting with some privacy. The Great Room offers skylights, many windows, fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo with dual cassette and 5 CD changer plus an extra sitting area in addition to the main living room. Wireless internet. Sliding glass doors off both the main living room and the sitting area provide access to the large deck (hot tub is not for use by guests). The fully equipped kitchen has a countertop bar seating 4, and opens to the dining area which seats 6. There are 2 hide-a-beds in the great room. If you want to use these please bring your own sleeping bags or bedding. Downstairs there are two bedrooms; one is a Queen bedroom with a sliding glass door accessing the deck. The other is a bunkroom with three stacked built-in bunks and a TV. A full bath is in the hall. Upstairs features a Queen bedroom with a full bath and a TV. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
