GLAZE MEADOW 189 RENTS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY DURING JULY AND AUGUST. PLEASE CALL FOR OFF SEASON FLEX RATES. This home sleeps 10 and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac near the lakes and meadowland with a view of Black Butte. There is a gravel driveway and a paved double garage with a manual door. The living room is light and bright with lots of windows, a wood burning stove, TV, DVD, VCR, and a small boom box with cassette player. The adjoining dining area will seat 6 and there is a door that goes out onto a back deck. A fully equipped galley-style kitchen has a bar area that will seat 3. Downstairs accommodations include a Master Queen bedroom with bathroom, stall shower, and Jacuzzi tub and another Queen bedroom with a full bath. Upstairs is a bedroom with a Queen and a set of bunks and bathroom with a stall shower. The loft has a twin daybed with a trundle. Upstairs there is also a foosball table, TV, VCR and a sofa. There are ceiling fans in both downstairs bedrooms and in the loft and bunkroom upstairs. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
