This modern three story home in upper Glaze Meadow sleeps 6-9 and is close to the tennis and basketball courts. The bike path runs by the house and the GM clubhouse is a short distance away. It sits on a huge lot on a quiet cul de sac and has a level lot. There is a paved driveway and a large carport as well as a two car garage. The living area is on the second level and has lots of windows and room to spread out. There is a large formal living room with a fireplace and comfortable furnishings. The adjoining dining room will seat 8 and has a door that opens onto a large elevated deck. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and a bar seating for 4. A bath with stall shower is in the hall off the kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a sunny family room with a flat screen TV, DVD and a game table. Also on this second level is the master bedroom suite with a king bed. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and twin and one with a Queen bed. A full bath is between them in the hall. On the third floor is a separate bonus room with big screen TV, DVD and a queen futon. There is access from this room to a spacious upper deck. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
