EAST MEADOW 7 RENTS FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY DURING JULY AND AUGUST. PLEASE CALL FOR OFF SEASON FLEX RATES. Amazing location! Just 7 houses away from the main entrance to the ranch, this cabin-style house sits on the meadow with an awesome view of Three Fingered Jack mountain and Black Butte. The house sits at the end of a long driveway so the noise from the main street is minimal. There is a compact kitchen and good-sized living area which looks out at the meadow through many windows. On the main floor is a master with queen and its own full bath. Another bedroom with queen and its own sink. Full bath in the hall complete the first floor. Up a spiral staircase is a large room with 2 sets of bunks and an area with a game table & TV. There is a single sink with counter space in this room. Spacious decks surround the house. So there is lots of room for outdoor dining and relaxing while enjoying the gorgeous view. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
