This is a great Black Butte House cluster cabin located within walking distance to the new Glaze Meadow Pool and Recreation Complex. 1237+/- Square feet offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. As you come in the front door you enter a "great room" with vaulted ceiling, a large dining table with benches that seat 6-8, a kitchen and comfortable living room with couch and loveseat and large stone fireplace. A door opens off the great room to the good sized deck for outdoor living with patio table and chairs and propane BBQ. On the main floor is a bedroom with queen bed and full bath in hallway. Upstairs are two more bedrooms: one with queen and one with one bunk and one twin and full bath between. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
