GOLF HOME 69 RENTS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY DURING JULY AND AUGUST. PLEASE CALL FOR OFF SEASON FLEX RATES. This cozy cabin style house sleeps 9 and is located near the Big Meadow gate, golf shop and restaurant and convenient to the main Lodge and recreation facilities. There is an ample gravel driveway and no garage or carport. The house is in a great location--very convenient to Lodge amenities, the Big Meadow Golf and Clubhouse restaurant and the Recreation area for kids. The Great Room features as its focal point an enormous native stone fireplace, and has large windows with a sliding glass door to access the back deck. There is a new flat screen TV along with a DVD and CD player in the great room. A ladder goes up to a loft that has a table and 4 chairs, a TV with VCR, a mini-pool table and two twin beds. The kitchen has tile floors and countertops and is fully equipped and has new stainless appliances. The dining table seats 6 to 8 and the bar seats 3. An extra leaf for the dining table can be found in the Master closet. A sliding door accesses a sunny deck with seating and filtered views of Black Butte and the 7th fairway of the Big Meadow Golf Course. The deck has 2 chaises, 6 chairs and a large round table. The first bedroom down the hall from the main living area has 1 twin and 1 set of bunk beds. Next is a full bath and at the end of the hall is the second bedroom with a Queen bed and flat screen TV. On the back side of the Great Room fireplace is the master bedroom with a Queen bed and a bath with a stall shower and skylight. New washer and dryer. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
