GOLF HOME 176 RENTS FROM FRIDAY TO FRIDAY DURING JULY AND AUGUST. This cozy cabin style home sleeps 6 adults and two kids, is on a corner lot and is located close to the Big Meadow Golf facilities and walking distance to Paulina Pool. There is a short paved driveway with limited parking and a single detached garage. The living area is open and has wood floors throughout. The living room has a large wood stove, TV / DVD, internet and a stereo with a CD player. The kitchen has lots of space with a center island cooktop, and the adjoining dining area will seat 8. Down the hall from the living area is a laundry room with full-sized appliances, a bathroom with a stall shower, and a Queen bedroom. A door at the end of the hall opens onto the spacious back deck. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a Queen bed and double doors that open onto a small balcony overlooking the living room. Across the hall is another Queen bedroom that has an adjoining bonus room with a twin bed and smaller “kid-sized” bed. A bathroom with a stall shower is in the hall. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
