GLAZE MEADOW 184 RENTS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY DURING JULY AND AUGUST. This cabin-style home sleeps 8 and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac near the lakes and meadowland with a filtered view of Black Butte. There is a paved driveway with some parking space and no garage. The living area is open with lots of windows. In the living room there is a TV / VCR, a large wood stove and ample seating. The adjoining kitchen is spacious with all modern appliances and a man-door that opens onto a small back deck. Off the kitchen is the dining area with seating for 8. All of the bedrooms and baths are downstairs. On one end of the house nearest the kitchen there is a Queen bedroom and a bath with a large stall shower in the hall. On the other end of the house are the other bedrooms; one has a Queen and the other has two sets of bunks. A full bathroom is in the hall between the bedrooms. The loft overlooks the living room and has a TV / DVD and lots of seating. An alcove off the loft holds a game table with seating for 6. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
