Our two-story, cabin-style home is in a great location on a quiet street with easy bike path access and within walking distance to the Glaze Meadow sports complex and the South Meadow pool. The ground floor features a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats 10. Lots of windows and a free standing fireplace/ woodstove make the living room a great place to relax. You can enjoy the pleasant Black Butte weather on the 2 decks equipped with tables, chairs, and gas grill. The 3 bedrooms and large upstairs family room are ideal for families with children. The home sleeps 8 with a downstairs bedroom with 2 twins convertible to a king bed and upstairs, a queen bedroom with Juliet balcony and a master bedroom with a king bed, bath with shower, and VCR/TV. The house has plenty of bathrooms with a full bathroom downstairs and 2 baths upstairs. Laundry facilities are conveniently located downstairs. The bonus room has an entertainment center with stereo, TV, DVD, VCR, card table, and high speed wireless internet as well as a twin bunk bed, futon and pull-out couch.... a great kid room. The separation of the upstairs bonus room with entertainment center from the comfortable living room downstairs is ideal for multigenerational family visits. The 2 car garage and turn around area offer ample parking. We require a 2 night minimum and 2 weeks advance notice to rent.
