This spacious updated home comfortably sleeps 11 and is located in a forested setting very close to the new Glaze Meadow Recreation Center as well as the South Meadow pool and tennis facility. With the bike path running right in front of the house it is centrally located and easy to reach any destination on the Ranch. The home has an open “Great Room” floor plan with a large kitchen and lots of counter space allowing multiple cooks to create with ease. The adjoining dining room seats 6 to 8 and glass doors open to the outside common area and deck. The living room is vaulted and bright with cedar paneling and a wood burning fireplace. There is cable TV, wireless internet, DVD, VCR, stereo, books and movies for your enjoyment. There is a main floor master suite with a king bed and its own full bath and another main floor bedroom with a king bed and a full bath in the hall. The master bedroom and dining area open to a spacious deck with propane BBQ, patio table and chairs. The main level also includes a laundry room and a 2-car garage. Upstairs is a third bedroom with a queen bed, a large landing/hallway with a desk and an air hockey game. Also upstairs is a large “dorm room” with 1 set of bunks and 3 twin beds, a table, TV and DVD/VCR player so children can have their own space. The upstairs bedrooms share a third bathroom. Ponderosa Properties, LLC charges a $50.00 Admin Fee on all bookings. Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee of $5.00 per person per day.
